I am genuinely baffled by how ineffective this tutoring service was. Despite lofty promises and premium price tag, the actual experience felt disorganized and my son was consistently frustrated. My son says it lacked structure, clear goals, very little communication with myself. My son expressed that concepts were explained vaguely, questions were brushed off and zero attempt to the students learning style. If you’re looking for meaningful academic support look elsewhere.
