I’ve had nothing but problems with Mathasium’s scheduling system. The first time I scheduled online, I selected the East location, but the confirmation emails I received were for the West location. I rescheduled over the phone with a person, only to have her call me later that week asking if I could move my appointment an hour earlier because she had double-booked the time I originally requested.
