Mathnasium has been an incredible experience for our son. He’s 10 years old and actually looks forward to his sessions. The instructors make a real effort to connect with him personally, which has made such a difference in his learning. I’m continually impressed by how patient and thoughtful they are. Our experience at Mathnasium has been excellent. Their communication is excellent - parents get an update after each session with a paragraph describing exactly what your child worked on. My son is progressing, and most importantly, he enjoys going to the sessions.
We love Mathnasium! Our son has grown tremendously in his math skills and number sense. The only drawback that keeps from a 5 star rating is the cancellation policy. Because it does not allow for cancellations with a shorter than 24 hour timeframe, it encourages sick kids to attend or the family loses out on a session for that month. Instead, it would be nice if Mathnasium considered allowing 1 to 2 sick day session make ups per contract. Just a thought! Overall, we love the place!
Absolutely fantastic experience! Took my son's grade in 8th Grade Algebra math from a D to a B+ in a matter of weeks. Best decision we made to help our son and give him the support and encouragement he needed. Highly recommend Jing and the Mathnasium Team!
