Before my daughter went the first time, she was convinced that she was going to hate it. However, after the very first tutoring session, she was 100% on-board, if you know what I mean. Now, after 1 month, she looks forward to going to tutoring.

My daughter have been doing to this center so couple months now and I can see her progress everyday! The best thing that I noticed was her confidence increased tremendously and it trickled to other school subjects. She is more motivated and eager to work towards progress rather than perfection. We are very happy, and I'd trully recommend this to anyone!

I understand that my husband signed there is no debate. As what happens with many people he did forget and when my card was charged it was on a weekend so we could not call your office until the first business day. He called and was told we could not get a refund. Being that my daughter went to your facility for so long we were hoping as a courtesy we could get our money back. Again it's more of a customer service courtesy. We called the very first business day that we could call after our credit card was charged.

My daughter went for months and we were happy. We asked to stop and they gave us a grace period. We were charged on the first of this month which was a weekend, so we called to cancel on Monday. They told us they will not refund us the fee! That is not good customer service, so I was very surprised.

My son, Dyuman learned a lot and enjoys going to Germantown Mathnesium. Director Jack was very helpful in guiding my son and we are very thankful to all the Instructors that are helping my son grow. I really see a lot of difference in my kid's grades and overall math proficiency. I would definitely recommend this Mathnesium to improve Math skills.
