I am very disappointed with the customer service at Mathnasium now. Before, when Marcus was there, we had great service and everything ran smoothly. Because of the new management and the poor customer service, I had to take my kids out of Mathnasium after three years. This has been very frustrating and unfortunate, especially after being loyal customers for so long.
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marcus and Mathnasium! Since our MVHS freshman started attending, we’ve noticed a significant boost in both confidence and enjoyment of math work. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly know how to connect with students (especially Lena). It’s been amazing to see the transformation—not just in grades, but in attitude. Mathnasium has made a real difference for our student, and we’re so grateful for the support and positive impact.
My child has been receiving tutoring services at the Alexandria location for a few years. Her math skills have improved and so has her confidence in math.
