So far, so good. We just started, but my son is understanding more. He's still a bit behind in his algebra class, but his progress is much faster than the after school tutoring at school.
Our two kids started with Mathnasium in November 2023. Our kids still love going to Mathnasium! We made them go after COVID and although they are doing well in school now, they don't want to stop going to Mathnasium. If you can afford sending your kids to Mathnasium even if they dislike math, they will learn something from it. They might even grow to enjoy math like my daughter did. Mathnasium has been terrific for my daughter. She enjoys going and has always had great tutors. We saw immediate improvement in her math grades, but even more importantly, in her attitude toward math. It rapidly shifted from a burden to slog through problems to an exciting challenge to work out the puzzles. She went from struggling to understand concepts last year to having the confidence to tackle 7th grade honors math this year, and earned straight A’s as a result.
