Purchased an adjustable bed frame about a year ago. Did not authorize any warranty or follow-on charges (to my knowledge at least -- don't know if they snuck something into the paperwork). I would not buy a mattress from this company ever. They say they want you to be satisfied with your purchase but thats not true.
