My wife and I are pleased to report our 5 star experience at Lazyboy store in Springdale. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcomed. Our salesman Robert was professional and worked hard with the store manager Mike to get us the best deal possible. Afterwards, we were introduced to Forest who helped us find the perfect bedroom set. Went there to see a matress. However the salesmen are very pushy to have you buy the mattress. I felt pressured to buy at the end when I told them I would come back. I was like "I need time to think about it". The prices of the mattresses and frame are not very transparent. They tried to sneaked a hidden fee and was able to call the sales man out. Not truthful on prices and tried to have you pay more. Not coming back there anymore.
Michael did an amazing job helping us find our new mattress and bedding. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to explain our options thoroughly. Thanks so much!
Buyer BEWARE. The salesmen at Mathis Sleep are all about getting the sale. Customer service doesn’t factor in. We purchased an adjustable bed and everything needed to go with it. This was a significant purchase. My husband and I require different firmness in the mattress. I did not want to end up with 2 twin beds sitting next to each other sliding around. When I voiced my concern to the salesman, he said when the installers set them up, they will hook them together so the mattresses/platforms would not slide around. He also ... read more
