I would like to share my experience recently at this Mathis Sleep center. I will be short. I have never in my 70 yrs been more pressured by a salesman. Not only that but all the minor charges for the mattress I was attempting to purchase ended up at more than $9000 dollars.I was so pissed when I walked out that I immediately went to one of their competitors and they priced the exact same mattress $2200 less and no hidden charges. I challenge them to call me and explain those charges.
Anyone shopping at this location in Springdale AR, look at your receipt before leaving or before paying for item. They will sneak in a $139 charge for a rewards program that renews every year. They will also try and charge you a delivery fee when they advertise free delivery.
