We will never order from Mathis again. Warranties and replacements were promised upon out $7,000 purchase, but the process to file a claim and have equipment repaired is drawn out and miserable. “Out of their hands”. Our electric base went out within 1 month of purchasing. We waited 2 months for a “back ordered motor”, then were informed that their third party repair service only comes to Lubbock once a month to do repairs.
