We purchased a king & queen complete set-mattresses & bed frames. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Bryson was our salesperson and he did a great job of answering our questions, explaining everything, and following through with everything he told us. Kristopher & Winford delivered our purchases & they were amazing. They went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. We will definitely recommend Mathis to friends & family.
We purchsed a VERY EXPENSIVE ajustable bed from Mathis Bros in Lubbock TX last Aug. It does not work and we have tried and tried to contact Mathis only to be sent to several different departments. Complaint department in OK City told us they couldnt care less what happed to us.!!!! I have had three appointments from Feb to this last week. One they just didnt come.
