Heritage Leather "Buffy" sofa - bought 2 in January. The power recliner buttons on one stop working after 6mo of ownership. Mathis said it will be early September before parts arrive. It's July 23rd. Nothing other than a "sorry". Unacceptable from both the retailer and manufacturer. Bob Mills next time!
Jack Sandrik and G L Watkins were both very personable and knowledgeable about the products and were able to share their knowledge with me so I could make a reasonable decision. I thank them very much. I appreciate their talents so much. I would shop at Mathis Outlet again.
