I need to process and return and I live 2 hours from OKc. I check on Google and they said distribution center open from 10 to 8. Then I call and talk to somebody and they said open. Untill we made a trip to OKC, get to the center and they said they cannot accept it cuz they close on Wednesday. Please update the hours if you dont open on Wednesday.
I really enjoyed my experience at Mathis Home. They have a great selection of items in each category. We ended up getting our couch/living room furniture there. However, we found bedroom furniture in another store that was more reasonable. Definitely go look!
Manager complained to Ashley that we were late and they rescheduled delivery appointment to the next week, they didn’t take under consideration the weather condition during winter storm, it was very hard to drive and we barely crawled 35-40 mph from Little Rock to OKC, we lost that Ashley line haul from Ecru to OKC. No compassion from their side, night shift managers very rude, they stole my contract before renewal with Ashley
