Great experience! Salesmen were very helpful. Answered all of our questions and we purchased a couple of leather power recliners. They listened to our needs (we're short so can't put our feet on the floor in large furniture), took us right to what we needed even though it wasn't the highest priced. Chairs have been delivered and we love them. Very happy with our experience and will return for future furniture needs.
If you are looking for an awesome sales rep, look for Sara!! She is thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable.
Don't purchase online because they sell from 3rd parties and if there is something wrong with the product and you need to return it it's your problem and you need to return it. Also the 3rd party furniture it junk and dangerous to sit in my husband hurt his back when the couch flipped over on him from just sitting in it
John K was absolutely amazing to work with. He was not pushy but very informative. He will be my go to whenever I need anything.
