First time purchasing from Mathis Home (placed order over the phone) and last time to ever purchase again. Placed an order for a queen size bed frame, that I saw in their Ontario store, over the phone with Summer. Summer price matched the bed with the same bed I saw at another store that was almost $200 less. I decided to purchase the bed from Mathis Home because they offer free delivery. Distribution center opens at 11 not 10 like google says. Be sure you have All info needed. If this is a business account make sure you have primary person with you.
I need to process and return and I live 2 hours from OKc. I check on Google and they said distribution center open from 10 to 8. Then I call and talk to somebody and they said open. Untill we made a trip to OKC, get to the center and they said they cannot accept it cuz they close on Wednesday. Please update the hours if you dont open on Wednesday.
I really enjoyed my experience at Mathis Home. They have a great selection of items in each category. We ended up getting our couch/living room furniture there. However, we found bedroom furniture in another store that was more reasonable. Definitely go look!
