I was sold a vehicle with a bad transmission despite mentioning during the test drive that it shifted hard and I suspected a transmission problem only to be reassured that I was just not used to the horse power, the vehicle had been checked out by certified mechanics, and the transmission was fine. Immediately after leaving the dealership, my onstar diagnostic returned a bad transmission code. I was very disappointed with the employees here, I was sitting in my car with my grandson while my daughter and son in law was inside doing paperwork. three of the employees were standing together at the corner of the building, right next to the front door and they were swearing using awful words that embarrassed me as a woman to be sitting right in front of them.
