I am a condo unit owner for almost 40 years. I would not recommend this law firm to any condo as this law firm seem to prefer the condo Board to go into serious conflicts with its unit owners instead of a peaceful mediation as mandated by the Ontario Condominium Act
1. Please check the profile of each bad reviewer. You'll notice they have a pattern of trying to hurt small businesses. 2. I can testify to this law firm playing a huge part in the resurrection of my condo, YCC82. We couldn't hang on to a property manager for 2years max before meeting MCondo.
From my experience i have nothing negative to say spoke to Mr Matthews and he was nothing short of be polite towards me also spoke to Lori she was professional and was willing to hear what i had to say without trying to rush me off the phone thanks again
a mixture of incompetence and a lack of integrity lacks knowledge of condo law and bylaws, blames owners for being unstable when challenging his clients (property management) when tested in court, read your bylaws, understand your community bylaws and he is nothing short of being hired by the schneiders of property management.
This place is nothing short of incompetent. My father passed away over one year ago, myself and my own lawyers have been trying to get a hold of this "law firm" for 10 months. I am not convinced that it is even open anymore, I have left countless voicemails that clearly go unchecked and then a lien was put on my fathers condo despite my countless efforts to get his condo fees paid.
