Avoid this place around lunchtime or you will be sitting there waiting for forklift drivers to get back onsite. I've had to wait up to an hour. Otherwise, super friendly staff and very professional fork lift operators.
if I could give a zero I would - I called to get some materials for two projects, a small shed and a large 60x96 post frame garage. Spoke to a Dave Nieger who passed me on to a Heidi - after I sent a detailed list of materials needed for both projects, I didn’t hear back for two weeks, then followed up and finally got a truss quote that was wrong, after they got that fixed i waited another week or so and finally got a quote for the shed, about 80% correct, i asked to update it, waited and waited and followed up and was told ... read more
