Tremendous store, great service and wonderfully kind staff. The staff was extremely helpful, when we had called about a repair for a pair of glasses and in an extremely timely manner the staff had repaired and returned the glasses in extraordinary condition.
The team at Matheson's always goes above and beyond, the kind of attention to customer service that has become increasingly rare. I can't see myself going anywhere else for my glasses.

Came in to look at glasses here. Spoke with Denise, who was very knowledgeable, passionate, and full of suggestions. Incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It never felt like she was pushing for a sale - she genuinely cared about my experience and that I got what I needed. Lovely storefront as well with a beautiful selection. Excellent customer service.
