Have been here a few times and Tara from the North lakes Mathers store is always incredibly polite, friendly, attentive, helpful. Fantastic customer service.
Excellent service . We were looking for new school shoes for my stepson . The young assistant Measured his foot to get the right size and then got a few pairs for him to try on. She was friendly and helpful and made the whole experience easy and comfortable . Well done !
Staff were really lovely and had lots of patience as I chose many shoes in a larger size that were in the back. Bella in particular helped me find some alternative shoes in a similar style but in my size. All other staff when I've been in have also been lovely! Have some good sales and brands too
Emily has the patience of a saint! I really wanted some orthopaedic shoes with a bit of bling and was worried it was not to be. Emily's patience, product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond absolutely made my day. Thank you so much. Warning - I'll be back. LOL X
