The girls at Mathers Sunshine plaza are lovely and very helpful, thankyou to Kara and the other lovely girl who assisted me.
I went to Mathers at the Sunshine Coast plaza today. I was very happy with the service we received from staff member Ella. She was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the stock there. She could confidently explain things in detail, what the shoes were made from and where they were made. Any questions we had were answered. She was very polite and such a pleasure to have her serve us. 👍😊 Add on sale , we bought some stretch spray also at ger suggestion. We will be back. Thanks Ella. 😊
Rude Manager! I went to buy a pair of shoes today as I have previously shopped at mathers. Today I witnessed Belinda, the 'manager,' insult her staff infront of customers. This is not the first time I have been in the store or been served by her to experience her disgusting attitude, however today crossed the line. Upper management appears to be run by clueless women on a power trip, claiming they have 'years' of experience yet have no customer service skills.
