Young workers need to be trained in costumer service
The staff here are amazing. They care and help me with my problem feet. They were busy today yet took the time to assist and explain what shoes suit me. The staff worked together to support each other and their customers even when the shop was full. I highly recommend this store for their variety and friendly staff.
Purchased a pair of leather shoes and asked for size 9, took them home and wore them, not the same size as was tried in-store. While label says size 9 it's actually size 10. To late for returns as shoe was worn. Staff lack basic size knowledge for expensive oversized footwear. Find a shoe shop they where accurately measurre your foot to the shoe
Looking for a new pair of shoes to wear for a wedding and I can't thank James enough for the best service. He was very professional and kind, he helped me and my friend and we wanted to write this in order to let the manager know how great he was.
