Was just in store today around 1020AM. We really liked a shoe for my wife. The salesperson completed a sale and kept talking to the customer while we kept waiting for another 10 minutes. We just had to walk out and take our business elsewhere. Unfortunate and sad incident. Will not be coming into Mathers toowoomba again.
My wife Tina and I attended your store yesterday 11 June. We received excellent service from Janelle and we were able to make some very good purchases. Janelle is a credit to your organisation.
The store was busy, but the young lady who helped me (wish I took her name) was not phased at all, she assisted me and others at the same time, without either of us feeling any less important. I tried on 2 styles, and as always the quality and variety of shoes is excellent.
We have always found the staff to be exceptional, whenever we visit the store. The lady who assisted us at our most recent visit could not have been more helpful. She assisted my eldest son be fitted to a size that was correct to his feet & felt most comfortable for him. My youngest son was not with me, but I had traced an outline of his foot on a piece of paper & she assisted in finding a size to match that, letting us know if they didn't fit, we could return them to swap for a different size. I highly recommend this store.
The assistant was wonderful. Excellent ideas and let the shoes sell themselves (no pressure).The shoes I chose are of excellent quality and the range was quite wide. My only reservation is that they are quite expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.
