Visited Mathers recently with the objective of buying my pensioner-aged mother a nice pair of shoes for her regular social outings, but such was the range of quality men’s options and the attentiveness of the service I walked out with both hands full. I have been into this store three times in the last week and was unable to get service. The first time the sales person was chatting to someone in store, not sure if they had purchased anything but it didn't look like much was happening. The second time, I saw a pair of shoes and I was attended to long enough to obtain the matching shoe but then got no more service. Was just in store today around 1020AM. We really liked a shoe for my wife. The salesperson completed a sale and kept talking to the customer while we kept waiting for another 10 minutes. We just had to walk out and take our business elsewhere. Unfortunate and sad incident. Will not be coming into Mathers toowoomba again.
My wife Tina and I attended your store yesterday 11 June. We received excellent service from Janelle and we were able to make some very good purchases. Janelle is a credit to your organisation.
The store was busy, but the young lady who helped me (wish I took her name) was not phased at all, she assisted me and others at the same time, without either of us feeling any less important. I tried on 2 styles, and as always the quality and variety of shoes is excellent.
