I went shopping with a friend (not for myself), but the service was absolutely amazing. Suzy was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole experience a really positive one.

Was just in store today around 1020AM. We really liked a shoe for my wife. The salesperson completed a sale and kept talking to the customer while we kept waiting for another 10 minutes. We just had to walk out and take our business elsewhere. Unfortunate and sad incident. Will not be coming into Mathers toowoomba again.
My wife Tina and I attended your store yesterday 11 June. We received excellent service from Janelle and we were able to make some very good purchases. Janelle is a credit to your organisation.
