I visited Mathets in Chermside and the staff were very helpful even though there was only two members of staff working flat out as the store was very busy. Although I wanted two pairs of the same style of shoes in different colours there was only one available but the member of staff who served took the trouble to order them online for me. Great service.
great service, nice range and we got very fast and very nicely the thing we were after, the standard issue but very hard to find elsewhere, black leather school shoes!
I came into the store with a picture of some boots I saw online and the staff were so helpful with my purchase! Thank you to Julia especially for taking the time to answer my curiosities about the shoes, I am so happy with them! 😊
