Came in yesterday and picked up 2 pairs of birks for myself and my dad. Bridget was a GEM and she gave the best service!!!! Thank you!!
I visited Mathets in Chermside and the staff were very helpful even though there was only two members of staff working flat out as the store was very busy. Although I wanted two pairs of the same style of shoes in different colours there was only one available but the member of staff who served took the trouble to order them online for me. Great service.
great service, nice range and we got very fast and very nicely the thing we were after, the standard issue but very hard to find elsewhere, black leather school shoes!

We have bought shoes from Mathers for years for my children's school shoes and the customer service was good product was good. The only thing I didn't like is that there were no prices on the school shoes yet they advertise 25% off. I actually had to ask the price of the shoes which was a rough estimate which was given to me. I ended up looking up on my phone the cost of the shoes. Really poor form Mathers not everyone can afford the expensive school shoes and have to budget their money.
