Very disappointing experience. Only one staff member in store and, to be fair, they were attending to another customer who was trying on shoes when I entered, but the staff member also appeared to have a mobile phone in their hands which, to me, they were more interested in than the customer. Gave up waiting to get a shoe size. No service after 20 minutes- 3 shop assistants and not many people in store. Went elsewhere to buy shoes. Poor.
Great range of comfortable shoes and excellent service from Britt. I really like their “super soft” range … soft padding inside, roomy for toes, great heels. Thank you!!
