Hello, I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had on January 18, 2026. At around 10:02 AM, I asked a staff member at the counter—who was counting cash—whether I could purchase Colorado insoles. She told me that the insoles were only available through online orders. My wife walked in to ask about shoe pricing as few pairs didn’t have sale prices listed. Instead of help, was met with a cold, unwelcoming and a bit of rude response. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable, walked out immediately. Disappointing experience and not the kind of customer service you’d expect.
