Staff were very helpful in this store! My gripe is with the Head Office customer service, they just couldn’t be bothered. Firstly, I sent one message to them about a wrong item being refunded and got no response. I then rang and spoke to a lady who was not real interested in my problem or sympathetic at all and tried to palm me off quickly telling me she’ll get back to me in an email. Hello, I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had on January 18, 2026. At around 10:02 AM, I asked a staff member at the counter—who was counting cash—whether I could purchase Colorado insoles. She told me that the insoles were only available through online orders. The store located at Castle towers. However, when I checked online myself, it showed that the item was currently in stock the store. This made me feel that I was given incorrect information. My wife walked in to ask about shoe pricing as few pairs didn’t have sale prices listed. Instead of help, was met with a cold, unwelcoming and a bit of rude response. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable, walked out immediately. Disappointing experience and not the kind of customer service you’d expect.
Maria was super fantastic! She was so easy to ask for help with. Nothing was a problem with her. 10/10 for Maria
