Thanks so much to Cane at the Mathers Carindale store this week. He couldn't have done enough to help me with a pair of boots. Really appreciated his great customer service and friendly attitude.
I wish I could give NO STARS!! 12.40pm saturday at carindale store. Asked the girl there for help for some shoes... got the look up n down, then tossed the shoes on the counter and stormed out the back for the preferred size I needed. No smile , no acknowledgement, just bad attitude.. there goes your sales of 2 pair of shoes over $190 each. Well done you snarly peice of work. Mathers you need to train your staff better.
Was shopping in your store in Carindale at 12.40 today, was most upset to have the sales staff act so belligerent to me, I asked for a certain size in some shoes we were looking at, she threw the shoes in her hand onto the counter glared at us no words spoken and stormed to store room, I was embarrassed as there where other customers in the store, and I walked out. Not a good experience So no stars 🤔
