Just wanted to say that when you need shoes, go to Mathers in Capalaba first. They not only have a great selection of styles and makers and great deals, but also the staff is outstanding. They are really interested in helping you to find the right shoes for you. And they will not stop with the selection in the shop but will look at all the other shops where the shoes you would like could be found. I wanted to say thank you to the lovely lady after I popped into the store today to get a refund on some boots I had purchased on line. She couldn’t process the Afterpay refund (problem at my end). She walked me through how to return the shoes online, gave me a bag to put them in so I didn’t have purchase one. She really did go above and beyond! Thanks again for your help, I very much appreciated it.
Had the most amazing shopping experience at Mathers Capalaba today … Chelsea initially took my phone call and assured me she would be able to help me with my purchase of Birkenstocks for my grandson for Christmas …. when I arrived at the shop I was actually served by Kathy who was equally as helpful getting the slides I needed in the colour and size I required … such a lovely lady and we had a very lovely conversation which is pretty much unheard of these days as I feel most people just rush you through to get the sale … Mat... read more
