Amazing staff! Really Really happy with my shoe-buying experience! I was just passing through Brookside and decided to swing by due to the sale they had ongoing. Kasper's customer service was beyond what l usually get in retail stores. He was very friendly, he politely asked me if l needed any help, and he brought out some alternate shoe styles as the original one l was after was not available in my size. The service is shocking... 90% of the time ill walk in this store, no greeting when entering the store, no acknowledgement once in store walking around (just continued discussion between the staff). They seem to be selective to who they want to serve . The only time I tried on shoes I had to wait after 2 x customers that came after I had asked for shoes and even that was left on my own with no suggestions, advice and proper service.
I'm not posting as a customer but by what I observed waiting nearby, the staff went above and beyond for the customers. Unsung heroes helping families with their ever changing requirements. I hope the staff realise they are appreciated ✨💗💕

Pretty disappointing in Mathers this afternoon. A deal of spend $200 and get back $50 proved to be anything but.?!The boots I bought were $199.95 and for the sake of $0.05 they would not honour the deal. As regular customers of Mathers Brookside for all 3 family remembers I was disappointed that being a loyal customer counts for nothing. I could not buy a 15c bag to get me over the $200 as was told that was not a product. In my opinion if I’m buying a bag - the bag is a product. No wonder shops are going out of business.
