If you want a straight forward honest answer, she is the accountant for you. Some people simply may not get the answer they want to hear, and being unable to accept that will write a bad review. Her advice has saved us quite a bit in taxes. Taxes are her thing, and she's very knowledgeable in how tax law works. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
I called to schedule a simple tax appointment. She seemed very put out. Started with a $200 quote, to which I said fine, that doubled to $400 immediately because she said she has to certify EIC claimant information. She then said most people just go to H&R Block for that kind of return and made it obvious that she couldn't be bothered. Then she started saying how busy she is.
