My recent refinance experience here was very stressful. The bank sent instructions weeks in advance, but I didn’t hear anything from the office until just days before the deadline. Because of the delays and last‑minute requests, my refinance didn’t close on time, and I ended up paying over $1,300 in extra interest to the bank. I cannot thank everybody enough for their kind, courteous, professional and timely services. In a time when my family is going through some very large upheavals and stress Mathers and Co. Has been a ray of sunshine and has worked very very hard to be a positive legal experience especially when things are time sensitive and going into the holidays.
