I have never written a negative review, but I feel so strongly about the negligence of this business that I wanted to warn others. Brad lied for over a year, stating he was working on our return and had filed appropriate extensions. Not only did Brad not file current extensions, he had not even started the review. We owe $3,500 in penalties and interest for his negligence and have taken our business elsewhere. Do not work with this company.
Had one successful filing with this company that fell after the extension date timeline but was assured that it was fine because I didnt owe. Brad sat on all my tax documents and fed me lies about being "almost done" month after month when requesting updates for over a year. Please avoid this company at all costs if you're looking to file taxes.
I went last year to his office, he seemed very nice, we went over my taxes appropriately. But he said I needed to file an extension due to him being very busy. I feel that he got me a good refund but it took longer than expected due to him being overwhelmed. Also once they were ready to file my taxes they missed the depreciation of my property which I noticed which could have cost me a larger refund.
