Carrie is fantastic and the best in all of Sydney at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided me so much pregnancy information and advice, even more than my own midwives and hospital team. She goes above and beyond for her clients and during my pregnancy was a great help for me and provided so much physical relief but also mental and emotional relief and support as well. Cannot thank her enough! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pregnancy or remedial massage.

I can’t recommend Carrie enough. I’ve seen her postpartum with my first baby, during my second pregnancy, and again postpartum with my second. During my pregnancy I had the labour preparation massage and after pregnancy was the postpartum massage, both of the services were absolutely amazing experience. Carrie is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors the treatment to exactly what your body needs. I’m so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to any expecting or postpartum mums.

I didn’t realise how much I needed that session until I was on the table and then fell asleep mid-conversation. Carrie created such a calm, reassuring space. I felt supported the entire time! Every part of my body felt held, comfortable, and safe to completely switch off. I walked away feeling lighter, grounded, and genuinely better in my body. She also offers postnatal care, which I’m already looking forward to returning for after birth 🤍 Highly, highly recommend to any expecting or postpartum mum.
