The services they offer really helps my family. We usually see Vanessa, she gives me great nutritional information I need to keep my daughter happy and healthy. Everyone is friendly, and I appreciate all of the support they offer.

I went to the Wic Office today in Pottstown And Vanessa was really helpful and I’m willing to leave a five star review for her kind and help time for us! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Vanessa
Was just on the phone with one of the ladies at the front desk at the Pottstown Location, she wasn’t friendly at all, and when I forgot to call back for a follow up appointment, she gave me attitude “well you didn’t call us” I think they need to be careful on who they hire. If I could give this location 0 starts I would! I’m transferring to a different location.
Lida does great at her job and the wic office is a great opportunity
