The worst place of wic office. Staff are very rude. I had appointment ,when I reached there they told for next appointment. They told me that we call you before your appointment but but they didn’t call me. I never recommend this place
[August 2017 -January 2023] Aftet 5.5 years I can confidently praise the ladies that make W.I.C. {Scranton, PA) possible through a lack in staff, customer's 'rude attitudes' {to say the least) towards them, & even my missed appointments, rescheduling, tardiness & late arrivals, these ladies have been very sweet, understanding and treated me as though they were having the best days in their lives.
Staff is so wonderful. They were so kind to me and my son.
They were great up till my last month. Guess it depends who is calling you cause I dealt with the nicest ppl in this office. One bad egg will ruin it for all.. They just cut me off- never called- never left a message. I'm someone that never reaches out or asks for help ever except this one time. I would not recommend getting help from a place that doesn't like to help ppl that are in need at a bad time in their life.
