Couldn't agree more! I worked at this company for nearly 3 years when I had to resign because of merciless bullying by the President, Dr. Loutfy. He is this way to all his employees, yelling at them and trying to make them feel small because he proposes things to his government contractors and then uses money from one to pay for another, never truly doing what he proposes and hoping he'll still keep receiving contracts to keep the company afloat. I was relocated here from the east coast with the hopes that everything about this company that was portrayed in my interview was true... Sadly and very expensively I WAS MISTAKEN. If you wish to comply with security protocol for government agencies, I suggest you explore the activities before hand and maybe give this place a 48 hour trial phase... The company certifies many things during proposal phases in which they do not comply; leaving administrative staff and scientists hoping for the best and hoping no one gets caught... read more
