Matchless is the perfect place to rent luxury vehicles for weddings or any other event. Matchless has antique cars and limos and luxury vans.

Called Matchless in an absolute pinch needing two buses with literally 45 minutes notice.. Diane (I hope I'm getting name correct) remained calm, cool, and collected as she arranged for this to happen for us - moving schedule around and making sure our event could proceed as planned. HUGE thank you to Diane and team for saving us from disaster.

Non-responsive and rude when they actually do respond. We submitted the online form on their website weeks ago. No response. So then I emailed the provided email address on their website. No response. My fiance called them yesterday, and a woman answered, and after he asked just for general information on their services, she said "Uhmm can I call you back?" to which he was like "uh..sure?" 0/10 stars and we havent even gotten started. Couldn't even get ahold of anyone via email and 3 phone calls. Once they finally called back they acted like they didn't know what was going on or what to do. Why is it so hard to do your simple job? Extremely large missed opportunity for our business. I would hope nobody actually gets a contract with these people because good luck having solid communication, or any for that matter. I would avoid at all costs, especially if you are relying on them to pick you up from your big day... read more
