They initially quoted me one price for storage, but started tacking on hidden fees each month. I was never informed about the extra charges, and customer service was unhelpful when I questioned it. I felt completely misled.
I trusted this company to store my belongings safely, but when I got them back, several items were damaged and a few boxes were water-stained. It’s clear their storage facility is not well-maintained. Very disappointing.
Today we have arranged our first home moving with Match Moving. I was very impressed with the Trio (Tommy, Mark and Hunter) professional attitude. They were best team ! First, Tommy came by for the estimation, and he explain the pricing and insurance coverage throughly.
