Well, pretty disappointed to see that the "Lady with the 4 inch nails" is still harbouring her arsenal. Seems to be bothering a lot of people, not in terms of style, of course you go girl!... But just plainly because this is a food establishment and no one likes to have someone else's nails dipping in plates before you even started your meal. Great staff, but the food is not good, often tastes reheated. I won't be going again after being served burnt toffee pudding.
We came from out of town with a large group. Arrived to have some fun playing slots and grab a bite to eat. One of our pary members was asked some questions and asked what the date is. He is dyslexic and is not good with numbers and said the wrong date. He was denied entry saying he thought he was intoxicated. We are first responders and were not intoxicated in the slightest. We've eaten here before & enjoyed it but tonight was just DREADFUL. The service was the worst ever! Our server was pleasant bit was not coping. She got our drinks order incorrect & forgot the coffee order. She asked us to write down our own orders (there were 8 of us)!!! We allowed ourselves 2 hours for dinner but the food only arrived as we had to leave for our concert. One person ordered steak fries and got a steak sandwich.
