I’m writing to acknowledge the great service we receive from Cassidy, whenever my daughter and I are getting a drink at the Playtime floor casino bar, in downtown Kelowna. Cassidy has taken the time and interest to learn our names and to remember them along with our drink selections. He always asks about our day and shares some of his day with us. Cassidy not only offers incredible service, a warm smile, but his genuine nature is something we both look forward to. Kudos to you, Cassidy and thank you!
Cassidy at the little Match Casino bar is an amazing server. He always has a smile on his face when he greets us and actually remembers our beverage of choice, no matter how infrequently we go! He is efficient, pleasant, and provides excellent customer service. Thank you Cassidy for always making our evening out extra enjoyable! Tammy R
