Great customer service!
I'm sad to say I will not support this local business. The owner was so rude and mean. I went there to sell some pecans from my pecan trees for kids from the school I work at. They were going to the movies which was paid for. But some parents don't have the money for kids to get popcorn and drinks. So I went to sell them there and the owner gave me such a hard time about leaves being in one of the buckets. I offered to take them out while he weighted the others. I came in with a small box of unshelled pecans from my home farm in TX. Since my load was very small, and it would have cost more to shell them, Matas gave me a store credit that I used to buy already shelled pecans. Thank you!!!! Very kind
