I hired Marylou to help with divorce and custody proceedings over the course of about 18 months. After giving her multiple chances, I then decided to find legal services elsewhere where an attorney would provide me with the expected treatment as a paying client. Despite having my retainer, throughout that time, communication with her was extremely difficult. Her lack of ability to follow through and return my calls and emails is a timely manner is completely unprofessional.
