We've banked with these folks for about 25 years. We have never, ever had any issues, but Always have great customer service. Very much appreciated.
Matanuska Federal credit Union Stole my PFD because I had a joint account with my husband. I didn’t take out the loan, my husband did. They refused to link our USAA account to MFCU to make payments. We tried several times to set up a payment plan with them. They refused. Then they sued us. Then took our PFDs. This bank does NOT care about the people. Just because it’s locally owned doesn’t mean jack squat! These people are horrible! Remove your money from their bank if you value yourself and your money.
