Worst ever!!!!!! The other negative review is absolutely correct - every word. This is a new owner that bought the business, which is why the old reviews are good. My mother has been using their service for several years and has had it….she is switching. I don’t know how this lady stays in business. Stay far away from this place.
Absolute utter trash, do NOT waste your time. You can call or email professionally a billion times and no one will ever return your call or keep appointments, it's truly a joke of a "business". Receptionists are a disaster at best, run far away from it, avoid like the plague. So unprofessional, you'll schedule a call and not only do they never call you, but you have to call the a hundred times before you speak to anyone relevant and to add insult, their 'system' is slow or down everytime you do get someone to look over statu... read more

Alice and her team are always available and on top of everything. Alice is very knowledgeable and up to date with all tax laws and she always gives great advice! I would highly recommend her service.
