Oh my God their customer service is terrible. I called looking for a rollaway bed you know the beds that you fold. Do you know that they hung up on me probably because they didn’t know what I was asking for instead of trying to figure out what it was. They put me through to the voicemail and then I got the fax machine this happened for several calls.
