I've been banking all my life & I'm old enough to have had some good & bad experience however this Bank takes the Cake as the worst bank I've ever been involved in! They are rude & very unprofessional! There supposed to provide services, however they only have provided my husband & I with stress! They added Insurance to my vehicle even though I had full Insurance even though I've paid my Car Insurance & My payments & getting a full refund from them adding Insurance there saying Ive got to come up with 1500 are my car will be... read more
They were an excellent bank for me when I was going to CSUN and lived in the area. Now I mostly use them for savings and for insurance.
Have to have a account with them to use the ATM:-(
The pandemic definitely hit this credit union really hard, they closed down one location and stopped all of their share branches which means you have to go to the Chatsworth location. If you're lucky the ATM will have money to dispense but most times it doesn't same with the Northridge location. I've had too many issues with bills needing to be paid and my money is stuck either because I can't get money out of the ATM or I can't deposit money into the ATM to pay electronically.
