Would not recommend. It’s 2025 how can you not have customer service via phone? The support message function takes 2 hours to get a response.
The Public platform is full featured and intuitive. With Bonds, Treasuries, Stocks, ETFs, Options and Crypto available you have all you need to properly diversify. The trading features are good and they are adding new features over time. Depositing funds is easy, as is moving portfolios from other companies. Their support is top notch and very responsive. It's a straightforward and easy to use brokerage app. Supports stocks, crypto, bonds, margins, high yield savings account and IRA. Supports recurring investment, external account transfer and direct bank deposit/withdrawal. Supports Auto-pilot connection for portfolio management. Pretty solid comprehensive platform and easy to set up with great support team.
