When I ran into an issue with a reoccurring inbox message I new I had to speak with someone to resolve it. Initially I couldn’t find a way to contact anyone by traditional means, there was a chat box driven by AI and I figured here we go. What blew me away was an email sent to me by a real person later that day. She addressed the issue and the reason why I was getting the reoccurring message. Great company, superior tech focus on providing the investment tools at a low cost. Can't recommend this company enough.
ALTO.IRA apparently sold accounts (including mine) to PUBLIC.com .. without protection. PUBLIC.COM has some BAD AI software onboarding system. AFTER two weeks / 7-10 emails with support@Public.com .. they REFUSE TO ALLOW COMMUNICATION BY PHONE ... REFUSE INFORMATION..to wit : THEIR LEGAL CONTACT ATTORNEY name and information UNDER THE LAW .. SO MY ATTORNEY CAN CONTACT THEM .. TO GET MY 70,000 DOLLARS BACK.
