Highly recommend Mr. Mata!!! We had a deed issue that he helped us with after closing on our new home. If it weren’t for his knowledge I know it never would have been corrected so quickly. He was so kind and understanding and provided us the reassurance that we needed in addition to fixing the issue expeditiously. We will definitely be using him when we sell our other home. Thank you Mr. Mata!!!!
It is unconscionable that Mata & Hill would represent to my formal complaints that a letter was mailed to me informing of representation of both parties (Buyer and Seller) in purchase of home. This is completely dishonest and unethical. Mata provided legal advice during the transaction regarding potential claims against Seller. At NO point was I as the buyer told in writing, verbally, or orally to find another Attorney because Mata & Hill created a Conflict of Interest. Do NOT use for real estate. I was recommended by my realtor Christine Sager from Sager Realty. I spoke with Mata multiple times about concerns with the purchase of the home. At no point in time did I sign at the beginning or during the transaction that I was in agreement to have Mata represent me and the seller.
