After the 2nd year of working with the team I went in person for a matter at the Florida office - they were super helpful and friendly. Prices are fair and things have always been filed on time. Overall, this is a really safe pick to take care of your US LLC and all related tax matters.
I thought I was paying for the convenience and it all seemed to be going well at first, but slowly I guess things started to unravel and have come to the conclusion I was possibly being way overcharged, possibly even scammed. I reached out for help with an LLC + ITIN. While the LLC was delivered, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after finding out they just used RocketLawyer. I contacted Jim Baker via email with a couple questions I had regarding LLC formation from another country as well as some tax questions. Jim promptly responded back and gave me full answers, asked questions I did not think of and was generally helpful. He charged me nothing for our back and forth exchange which was great and more than I can say for the couple other accountants I contacted who wanted hundreds of dollars upfront to answer a few different questions. He saved me money and answered what I needed answered.
