This restaurant did not meet expectations. We were charged $6 for bread that was brought to the table without being offered the option to order it. The signature Mastro’s house salad consisted of a single oversized shrimp, regular lettuce, chopped tomato, and corn, but was served without any dressing. I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I believe feedback is critical for maintaining the standard of excellence expected at a high-end establishment like yours. While our server, Jason, was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
