I paid John Mastriani $3,000.00 in advance to initiate my case. Then, I was chasing him for three months in order to obtain any information about my case unsuccessfully until I was able to have a meeting with him to be informed that I have to pay $3,000.00 more to him to continue. I conclusion, I paid him for nothing. In addition, I had to stand racist remarks against Latin people, who he told me he considers thieves. I give him one star because I can't give less.

Don't take this lawyer and don't trust him I gave him my case and never do anything I paid around $800 dollars I went to his office to ask for my case and didn't want to open the door also I called him many times and never answered the phone so be careful if you go with this man couse he won't do anything the only thing is take your money . NO GOOD LAWYER

Thank God For John Mastriani !!! Several years ago American Express and those bottom feeder debt collector attorneys Regent and associates sued me and I almost lost everything I owned. I contacted several attorneys prior to contacting John and the Mastriani Law Firm. This Law firm will take your money and not partook my money and did not show up to court therefore a default judgment is being sought by the Plantiff, This Lawyer. Every time I have called these people and trust me there was at least 100 phone calls I would get some bullshit excuse like my car was broken into, my phone system was hacked, my computer was stolen. What a joke. Thanks for nothing if you reading this and I will get my money back you stole from me.

This guy is a joke and a thief. I hired him for two cases both were already filed in court. He never bothered to send in any paperwork, or even a letter of representation. He called me months later saying that he had settled one of the cases and needed money for the settlement. I paid him the settlement amount and the remainder of the attorney fees. I never received any sort of settlement paperwork. A judgment was issued against me. I have emailed him and called him so many times. His secretaries always say that he is busy... read more

Paid over $2000 easily, heard from the office on very rare occasions. Eventually, I received information regarding the court appointed receiver assigned to my case, but was not able to receive this information from the lawyer himself...actually had to call the Clerk at the courthouse to obtain this information since John got on the phone after not returning calls, called me a bitch, then asked "who in the hell cries and bitches about losing money?"
