We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mastodon for our move! The entire process from start to finish was completely painless. Dave was great to work with for he quote and planning the move. He had some suggestions to make the move easier for our small kids which ended up working out much better than what we had originally planned! The move itself was super easy. From booking to the final item getting in our house, this was the easiest move I've ever had. We had two storage units and some items at a family member's house. The team was more than happy to work with me and get everything to my house in one afternoon. The entire team was easy to talk to and worked their tail off all day. Highly recommend these folks to anyone moving.
Great moving team! The owner JJ is very personable and reasonable when it comes to damages. It’s inevitable that things will get damaged - however JJ is reasonable, personable and kind and sent me a small cheque to fix a few things that got damaged. This is a high quality service, not some cheap labor down the street. They handle with care and truly do good work. Highly recommend.
Mastodon moved us from Mass to Maine with incredible quality service, reasonable costs, and a phenomenal moving team! This was a very big move! Going from a 14-room (5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath) house to a new location in downeast Maine 6 hours away (328 miles). I have used them in the past for smaller, more local moves with no issues.
