Moved yesterday with 2 pickup locations and can't say enough about how extremely happy and pleased I was with the whole process. Isaac and his team were so fast, professional and just rocked it! I had a very cumbersome 400lb piece of exercise equipment that I was concerned about moving from a basement into the new house. They took it apart and reassembled it like it was made of Legos! I work for WPI and coordinated a multi-step moving project with Mastodon moving. They were AMAZING! From beginning to end they were timely, courteous and thorough. We ran into several snags on our end due to improper measurements. They were patient and went above and beyond to help us re-locate our items. The gentlemen even stayed later to be sure that everything got to the different locations that we needed. I am so thankful that we have found this company. We are already getting our next project ready to go!
From booking to the final item getting in our house, this was the easiest move I've ever had. We had two storage units and some items at a family member's house. The team was more than happy to work with me and get everything to my house in one afternoon. The entire team was easy to talk to and worked their tail off all day. Highly recommend these folks to anyone moving.
