An amazing experience! Michael made the whole process simple and efficient. We had some special requests and he took care of all of them with a smile. On the trip down, there were some trouble traffic spots, due to accidents. He knew backroad alternatives that helped us avoid them, beyond what gps recommended. There were even cold waters waiting for us in the car on the return trip back from the event. If you want a reliable and personable transportation experience, we highly recommend Michael and Master’s Livery Service.
Mike is the best! Polite and conscientious. When I first called to book a ride for my child from school to the airport, he was busy making batches of lasagna for people in need...my kind of person. Also, he would go to the trouble to text me when my child was safely in the airport, and conversely, when he had picked her up and she was safely in his car. The peace of mind this provided was so valuable. Plus, my daughter thought he was "cool and so nice." Thank you so much, Mike!
Amazing service. Mike was kind and patient with us installing two car seats. He was right on time and made our trip to and from Logan very stress-free. Will definitely be using Masters again!
